It's a wonderful kind world

I am  laying in bed in the hotel room in the fair  fax area of LA. Deb and I just finished teaching 'Botanical Whimsy" at Kim Caldwell's "Artist Affair". I cannot think of words to describe this event  but will try. These darling  women check their baggage at the door and just  come into this wondrous  event to feel the joys of the creative spirit mixed with love and companionship  . The energetic  mood just  flows through the room  as we the  attendees and  teachers  just lay back and bask in this  captivating energy!! Kim  ( Caldwell ) our hostess takes this all to heart and  pushes herself  to the point of tears to insure our needs and joys are meet. It is a day of just plain all about treating and  nurturing the  creative  sprit in an environment filled with good food , art and love . Thank God for these events that provide us this outlet. Thank you Kim. Thank you Lisa ,  Ruth and my darling Maija for suggesting  my name to Kim as a teacher and Thanks to  all those behind the scene . THANKS also to  you  the artist that attended and support each other.  But  most of all THANK you to my family for helping make all those wee items for 45  kits.  Deb, Aunt Barb, Mom and you too Cal. Hey am I   ready for the oscars Oh... but my speech is to long Opsss..... .TEE HEE

Hey Julie...so great to see you again...it's been too long since Italy 2006. Loved your class...you are a fabulous teacher. Can't wait to hang your picture in my studio. Check out Sally's classes and maybe I'll see you in November...if not...for sure in Vegas. Thanks again for a great class!

Sending you a HUGE thank you for a splendid class rich with your generosity and amazing skills! I had the best time and really loved working with felt bits and creating a beautiful bouquet! I will treasure my piece forever.

Julie!
thank you so much for such creative inspiration. the project we made is one of very few that i have actually finished during a class. one of the best parts of your class is that so many of your techniques have solved a lot of other issues i have been struggling with in my different art projects. BEST OF ALL....PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS!!!! it is so surprising to me that so many teachers do not take the time to do this!!!! the instructions are so greatly appreciated.
