Our mermaid’s upper body is formed using wood and paper clay. Painted details bring her face to life along with other objects such as pearls , beads , jewelry findings and shimmering finishes.
Her fish tail is a tightly twisted wire wrapped cage filled with tiny beach findings that is attached to her wooden torso. She wears a tattered silk ruffled waist skirt .
*Student’s may want to bring their own set of pliers ( chain nose, round nose and wire cutter suitable to cut steel 16 gauge wire. )
*Students will want to bring a small snack size baggie filled with found beach objects or other small found objects that will fit into her wire wrapped tail .
This one you don't want to miss! Limited seating so please sign up today!
