Four Eyes

Here I am in my new glasses . I finally bit the bullet and went to prescriptions. UGHHHH they are progressive lenses and I cannot see I thing. All I do is move my head around trying to find the " Sweet spot" where things come into focus. They say it takes about 2 weeks to get used to them.  I am amazed I can see to write this post !!!!

They are so cute. Makes me want a new pair. You'll get used to them, it just takes a little while!

I ADORE your new frames!!! They're stylish, funky and artistic. You look mahhh-velous, Darling!!!

Don't fret, Julie, it'll take a bit to get used to the progressives. If you're still having difficulties after a week or so, go back to see if they've been aligned properly. I had a pair that made me seasick; so if that happens, run, don't walk back to the shop! Good Luck! Hugs, Terri xoxo

Love the glasses!

I'm at the point, too, where I can't see with 'em, can't see without 'em. I hope you don't get too dizzy looking for that "sweet spot"!

Like Debi said, it just takes a while. It's a big change for your eyes to adjust to.

You are so darn cute! Only you could pull off those darling frames. So funny cause my husband just got his new progressive lenses and he's in the same boat! I'm still shopping for my new frames. Hard to make this old brod look good in glasses!
XOXO Nancy

Those have got to be the cutest glasses ever. I know the feeling, I have to get some 'real' glasses as well and I know they are going to be those bifocal things...really dreading it, but you make it look so adorable, I just might take the plunge!! xOxO Nerina :)

Good luck with the progressives. I tried them and finally after 2 years of bobbing and swaying my head, we decided that traditional lined bifocals were my best bet. I got used to them in a matter of hours and I love them. The best decision I have ever made! My doc said rarely someone just can't make the progressives work, their brain won't allow it. Guess that was my situation. Don't wait too long if you are finding it difficult. Really. Good luck, Susan.
