Just Bee

Well I leave in the A.M. for Home!!! It has been a very intense 7 weeks . Mom has been home from treatment  for 2 weeks  and in her new home .She is doing amazing. She is a changed woman and making her continued recovery from hoarding and other problems her priority. I am filled with so much joy and peace for her and my family.  I am also filled with much hope for her continued recovery and that will depend  on if she stays with her healing program .It is now in her hands .She has the tools and support . One day at a time. All this  just goes to  show us  that we  are never to old to change. Just  Bee --- the person we want to be . Just Bee   is a   commission I squeezed in  for Jill  this last week   while in   the midst of the whirl  wind of  helping Mom make the change .  It was great to be creative . Art is my saving grace as I am sure it is for  many of you too.

You have given her the gift of a fresh start. It is so hard. I think of the song by Jewel, when you mentioned "hands" in your post. It is so tender and powerful what we can do with our hands to create, heal, help. But, as the post before this shows the true helping hands are located at the heart of a spirit, the soft sweet place of compassion and patience. Thank goodness for that and you. I am blessed to call you friend and know that the joy you scatter is a blessing to this world. Light from Amy

I was so glad I peeked in on your work space and got to see this in progress. It really got me motivated to get creating again. My creativity has gotten a bit sluggish in the midst of all that is happening. However seeing your busy work space has had me craving some serious creating time. I'm helping mom with baking this weekend, and then I am planning for Monday to be just me, my nest (as Lorrie so perfectly called it) and my beads!

(hugs) Luv Ya
