gluten free sugar free pizza

I am trying to go gluten  and  processed sugar free.I am 2 weeks into this new eating style .
Last night I made a cauliflower crust pizza . It was good if you like roasted veggies . This is how I made it . SOOOO EASY


1 package  Trader Joe's crumbled  cauliflower
doubt 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella chess
2 eggs
about 1 teaspoon Italian  seasoning

Mix all together
Spread on an olive  oiled pizza pan and  bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minute or until   the tips of the crust start to toast.
Add your favorite  regular pizza topping and bake another 10-15 minutes, just like a piazza toppings

Baked and finished pizza YUMMY if you like roast veggies .
