A time to mourn

7 weeks  ago today  I lost my beloved peanut .  Yesterday I got up at 5:00 am  and Q tip my 16 year old  kitty was sleeping in her litter box. She had been drinking lots of water the last several days and trying to pee a lot .  The last 2 evenings she had wanted to be sleeping right by me not her normal routine .I knew something was really  wrong. We got to the vet  and her blood work  showed her kidneys  had shut down and the toxin levels where very high in the blood and body . She had 2 -3 more weeks  to live the vets said weeks of misery.  I would not do that to  her she is my family I love her.  As she lay sedated I  told her of how happy she was when Mark and I found her and gave her, her forever home .  I then  kissed her eyes shut as she went to the rainbow bridge Now  she is  with my other beloved family in forever peace. I miss you all my  beloved loved ones .Someday I hope to cross that rainbow bridge too  and hold you all so tight. I love you forever and ever

There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven :
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,

So sorry Julie! It's never easy to say good-bye to a dear pet. We still miss our MissP after 5 years.

So terrible sad Julie, however to be loved and to know that love in the passing, what a gift!
