first frost

We are just getting our  first frost here in Tucson. I took photos and then created   shrink plastic beads using some in  this necklace .  I used the  color in  my  photo as  my inspiration .

The chains is 24 inches long, adding the pendant makes it 27 inches . Leaves are about 1 inch long and flowers drops are 11/4 inches  wide.

gluten free sugar free pizza

I am trying to go gluten  and  processed sugar free.I am 2 weeks into this new eating style .
Last night I made a cauliflower crust pizza . It was good if you like roasted veggies . This is how I made it . SOOOO EASY

 Recipe 

1 package  Trader Joe's crumbled  cauliflower
doubt 3/4 cups shredded mozzarella chess
2 eggs
about 1 teaspoon Italian  seasoning

Mix all together
Spread on an olive  oiled pizza pan and  bake at 425 degrees for about 15 minute or until   the tips of the crust start to toast.
Add your favorite  regular pizza topping and bake another 10-15 minutes, just like a piazza toppings

Baked and finished pizza YUMMY if you like roast veggies .

In this online class you will mold paper clay into wee dogs and a cat. Once dry body part you made will be sanded to mimic wood. You will be taken through the process of dry brushing painting 4 critters in different colors .
Once painted the dogs and cats will get tiny nail legs, felt ears and beaded head adornments . Rectangle bases are also created and little spoked wheels added. Our dogs and cats are then mounted one the bases and a chain is added to create a pull toy dog or cat on 
Wheels.
